We recommend protecting your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays by lathering on sunscreen with an SPF of 50 or more.   • Drink plenty of water and avoid smoking.

Water does wonders for the body, and your skin is no exception. If you are dehydrated, your skin cells will experience the consequences. You should drink about half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. Smoking is another activity we recommend avoiding if you are looking to improve the elasticity of your skin.
